Michelin Pilot MXM4 Highway Tire P255/45R17 98V

I believe the MXM4 is rated for 50,000 or 60,000. I got nowhere near that mileage. My CTS came with the MXM4 as original equipment, I got 83,000 out of the first set and 85,000 out of the second. Quite a return on investment. I guess you know what tire I chose for the third set. Its EXCELLENT

Northern and Southern California driving. Desert and mountains, intense heat and cold moderate snow and rain these tires handled everything I threw at them and delivered. They showed me performance aspects of my car I seldom use as I drive fairly safe and respectable. Rotated every 5,000 and started with nitrogen. Finished off with pressures of 34 front and back, but stayed in the recommended range during most of the tires life. Priced we for all four with a wheel alignment at my Acura dealer for the new ones and think it was because they while new were coded at 2 1/2 years old. We will see how they run in the next 30-40 thousand miles.

Most original equipment tires are not great these Michelins are outstanding in almost every single parameter from comfort to handling. Even light snow is fine! Ultimate tread life is the only slight negative; and this is only average -- expect 35,000 miles. I've used many diffenrt rpelacment tires on many vehicles form h to W rated, and none match these for comfort and overal handling on dry and wet roads. I am a spirited driver but spend most of my time on the highway.

After 107,000 miles on my 2009 vehicle I replaced my Pilot MXM4 tires and once again it felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle. I can't get over the smoothness of the ride. I have already put 4,000 miles on them and totally look forward to my driving adventures on these tires. Please keep producing such a wonderful and reliable product.

I have 4 of these tires mounted on my 2012 Acura TL. I had the origional tires replaced after only 100 miles. the Pilot MXM4 was recommended by a friend. I have not been disappointed by this purchase. I have driven the car about 3500 miles sofar. The tires provide a very comfortable ride and there has not been any type of failure. I am completely satisfied with the performance of this tire and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
