We like the nutty flavor with chocolate after tones and very slightly acidic taste. Great as a more flavorful espresso. My wife uses it in a French press and I use it as my daily espresso, cappuccino and iced. Tried all different roasts and brands and this is our favorite. Everybody who comes over and drinks it loves it and we tell them to sign up for the automatic delivery, we never run out. The only decaf I'll drink

really would like to see Boca Java try making pods for Keurig machines. I like the ones with netting around the coffee rather than plastic ( San Fransisco brand makes these, and they have the least waste along with good coffee flavor that stays fresh

This has always been my favorite coffee.In the past I have not looked for another.In the past six months the quality of the beans or roast has really gone downhill.There is a funny after taste with the coffee and it doesn't seem to be a bold.I find myself looking for other coffees to purchase instead of Boca Java.Don't know if you have lowered your standards in beans or what.I would recommend this but only because it is the darkest roast you provide

This coffee has a very rich, bold taste. The beans are dark and oily, so that finely ground sticks to your grinder. (a good sign of a great coffee!!) In the cup, there is no sign of the oil, just a wonderful cup. This is my favorite coffee that I have tried from Boco Java!

wow! This is even superior to espresso (which is hard to do). What a smooth roast! The touch of cocoa adds to rather than overpowers the rich flavor of the coffee. I love dark roast coffees but am sometimes disappointed by the flavor because of overlong or incorrect roasting. However, Boca Java has NEVER disappointed me!
