Cleans and smells great. However, the container is difficult to hold on to due to the slick finish and no ridges to prevent slipping from your hand. Also, the top is very small and hard to pull open and close. Hopefully the container can be redesigned to improve using this product.

I really love the product, but the 2nd time I used it the bottle split and got all over my hands. I'm glad it's not as caustic as a chemical filled option at least! I'm afraid to buy another bottle of it though.

I water this product down and use it to in a spray bottle to eliminate odors(3 large dogs, cats) on furniture/ carpeting/ drapes/ everywhere, also in gross/ stinky laundry, and on my cars fabric interior- after my car flooded in airport parking the carpet began to mildew and used this product =no more mildew. I love this product but it is hard to find on a shelf.. I always have to order a bunch online at a time and ship to store. But I literally use it on everything no need for other cleaners.

I purchased two of product and both times the bottle cracked and I needed to remove the lid to pour it into the toilet bowl. That defeats the purpose. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

I love this product as it works great, leaves the bowl white and doesn't gag me when chemical fumes or fragrance.
