Cleans and smells great. However, the container is difficult to hold on to due to the slick finish and no ridges to prevent slipping from your hand. Also, the top is very small and hard to pull open and close. Hopefully the container can be redesigned to improve using this product.

I really love the product, but the 2nd time I used it the bottle split and got all over my hands. I'm glad it's not as caustic as a chemical filled option at least! I'm afraid to buy another bottle of it though.

Sorry, I'm sure it works great for some people but the whole point of me buying from Seventh Generation is the fragrance free, citrus free, lavender free, oat free options - that existed prior to now. This absolutely stinks. It's nauseating. Please bring back the good stuff. As it stands, I'm going to have to find another brand because I just cannot handle this.

I purchased two of product and both times the bottle cracked and I needed to remove the lid to pour it into the toilet bowl. That defeats the purpose. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

I love this product as it works great, leaves the bowl white and doesn't gag me when chemical fumes or fragrance.
