Huffy 26" Women's Cranbrook Fashion Cruiser

I am very satisfied with the site-to-store shipment by Wal-Mart of the Huffy bicycle I purchased for my daughter. However, upon inspecting the product while unpacking, I am disappointed in the shape in which it arrived. There didn't appear to be any damage to the box itself but the front reflector was broken, there were a few scratches on the fender and the fender was so flemsy it was warped. Since the scratches were minor I didn't feel like there was a need to return the bike but I did contact Huffy for touch up paint and a new reflector. I was told they do not have touch up paint to provide to their customers and a reflector could/would be sent when I told them the item number. Seems they would be able to look up the reflector I need by the model number of the bike I purchased. I am not at all happy with the customer service at Huffy! Wal-Mart did their part in getting the product to me and went above and beyond my expectations to try and make this purchase satisfactory to me. Knowing what I know now I would probably not purchase another Huffy bicycle. I realize this wasn't the top of the line choice but I also expected them to stand behind any defects in the product.

Bike came earlier than expected through site to store shipping. I had walmart assemble, perfect. Great bike and my daughter loves riding on back with the Classic Child Carrier. Comfortable for trail riding.

I love this bike. its cute and rides wonderfully! The shipping was faster that i thought it would be and the only thing i can say bad is that the assembly instructions were not helpful at all...I used the picture to see where the parts where supposed to be. The seat isn't too uncomfortable but i will probably upgrade to a gel seat as i intend to ride often. Overall, great deal for the price.

THis bike is exceptional. I have another bike I bought from walmart, that ws slightly more money and not as good. It rides comfortably, the seat is a good size and comfortable. The tires are heavy and you could feel and see that they are good quality tires. The color is a fun, bright color and I love riding this bike! It was a great value for a great quality bike!

It was hard to put together if you dont have the correct tools..but once it got it together it was ok...until the left pedal fell off now its stripped and i need a new one. really mad about that
