Schwinn 26" M Delmar

For 10 months this bicycle was extremely comfortable to ride. The seat position and handlebar height are GREAT. Very comfy... good ride... The problem is after 10 months the bearings in the rear broke apart completely in the middle of my daily ride. My daily rides consisted of a 2 mile trip around the flat, bumpless subdivision i live in. No offroading, no hot dogging it... just a 2 mile casual ride, daily. Schwinn/Pacific wasnt of much assistance so I basically have scrapped this 10 month of bicycle. I would STRONGLY recommend if your between this one and the huffy cranbrook, give the huffy a second look. Much stronger frame, and ive had huffy bikes last 10 years + with no maintenance.

These bikes are a piece of junk. Your getting just what you pay for. Bought two of these and the first time we used them, they both broke. One of them a piece broke in the rear hub and would do nothing but spin when pedeling and the other sounded like the bearings in the front hub were bad(grinding). Brought both back to the store and got my money back.

packaged well, slight dent in fender, will agree w/other review an alen wrench should be included for handle bar neck and bar, had to go buy one to finish putting together. bike has smooth ride and is comfortable if the weather ever changes here in ohio will get more riding in or i'm gonna have to put pontunes on it lol at 64 i dont ride in the rain anymore . buy it good buy thx frank

I bought this bike to put a motor on and it worked out great. I get 150 mpg at about 20 mph and only had one problem, that was with the coaster brake. May have been my fault but I don't think so. The coaster brake arm is very cheap as compared to older bike and mine stripped the inside. I found a older one in the junk box at a local bike shop and haven't had any more problem.

I use this bike for touring the countryside and for exercise. I like it because it has fenders and is not a lightweight bike. I am in my sixtys and would recommend it for anyone who need to exercise. It is fun and being outdoors is great.
