I purchased this Bike after my 29" beach cruiser was shot. I normally ride between 7 and 12 miles daily about 5 to 6 times a week. The biggest complaint about this bike is the seat. When you go on a fairly long ride, the hard seat begins to make you very uncomfortable. Your rear end becomes sore very quickly and makes your ride very unpleasant! I had to order a seat comforter from Amazon. I did not get it yet, but I really hope this solves the problem.

I found this to be a well functioning bike, but it was far too small for me. I'm about 6 foot tall with a 34" inseam, and I could not adjust the seat high enough to be comfortable. Not for tall people. I gave the bike to a friend and am no longer using it.

Hadnt ridden in over 15 years and i wanted to get back into doing some light to medium difficulty trails, this thing looked like it fit the bill, but apparently its not built for anything other than pavement. Several problems since purchase that I chalked up to the assembly being done by Walmart... First ride; rear wheel came loose, had to carry the thing 2 miles back to the car from the trails. Second ride; right pedal came loose during ride. noticed it had been improperly installed, cross-threaded and only halfway inserted, so pedaling caused it to come out and it wasnt possible to reinsert without tools. major brake squeal since purchase. adjusted brakes and tightened up pedals. Sixth ride, handle bars came loose. Fixed this, went back to ride and 1/4 of a mile on trail, rear derailleur snapped in half. how is a major component of the gear system made of plastic? I know you get what you pay for, but i thought i would at least make it through the summer before i had to replace it. Dont buy it intending to ride it off-road, it cant take it.

This bike was purchased for exercise/city riding. The bike was bought and returned with in a month of purchase. It was used 3-5 times a week, 2-4 miles a ride by a 165lb man. The second time in use the front rim bent going from a curb to the street. The damage was not to severe, so use continued. The third week of use the gears started to slip, then a mile from the house the back tire blew out. The bike had to be carried a mile home. This bike is definiately not worthy of a "mountain bike" title if it cannot handle city streets and sidewalks.
