I have absolutely no complaints about the service! The only problem is that the on-line pop up option is not available for this plan!!! What is really up with that?

I've been using it for a couple years now and I have noticed lots of issues finding connection everywhere I go. I have also had them switch up my password on me a multitude of times and change my phone number without letting me know. Yesterday I reached my finale straw when I got off work and tried to call my partner only to find my service had been deactivated 4 days after buying a new plan. When I called I got transferred 4 times was told the same thing by each person and basically they deleted my account without warning because I was violating their “terms and conditions” when I asked what I did to violate it. They said I was using my phone as a business phone which they are for personal use only. I tried to explain I have never used this phone for business purposes and they said I “call %26 text too much” i'm an 18 year old girl. I'm going to use my unlimited plan like it's unlimited and call and text my friends. I didn't know calling my boyfriend regularly is considered business. So when I asked for a refund because i'm in college and money is scarce for me and I just paid 50$ for a month of service i'm not going to get, they said that was not doable and transferred me to another representative who just did the exact same thing.

It was a great way to go. Then someone changed up the app, making it harder to check on things. After years it has me thinking of going down the road to another vendor.
