I love that we can do 4 lines. But I've seen an option for 5 lines -- but I can't find it online at Wal-Mart... :(
Service isn't great, operator's are awful and forget using this bundle if all 4 lines aren't on your account! I don't think it says that anywhere and this is a nonrefundable purchase. Also, you cannot add more than 1 pin to each number. For some reason I couldn't add 1 of the pin numbers to 1 of the lines and had bought a second 4 line card and since I added that card already to all 4 lines they will not allow me to add that pin to the phone it was supposed to have gone on so shame on you Straight Talk, you STOLE $25 from my family!
All my phones on the same account. First pin put it on reserve. Second pin didn't go into reserve. So I decided to not enter the rest of the remaining pins until the end dates. I won't be using this long. Got excited about this thinking all would be put on reserve just like any other pins do in the past. Nope! They steal. They steal your hard earned money, and force you to lose any remaining balance. Like the other guy mentioned. Turn them in for not stating any info about this, or people having to have the same account. Failing to indicate all info. Go ahead like all the rest of us. Take a risk, and find out like we all had to do. Thinking that this was going to add to reserve, and you could add it to any straight talk account. Not! If verizon really took over this year, and cares. Then they should step up, and correct this matter asap! We who like straight talk took a jump on this to save money in the long run instead of buying monthly cards, or like myself bought year cards. That's a savings of 960.00 a year back into our pockets. If my data slows down like one person mentioned. That will another strike on straight talk. I don't have the time for this incompetence.
To get the full 30 days of refill for each line in your account, you must renew it on the last day of your current monthly plan. It will only add 30 days from the day you refill, it will not add 30 days to your current end date. I always refill our lines early, and I just lost over a month worth of coverage across my 4 lines.
Think really long and hard before you get straight talk. I've been trying to consolidate 4 straight talk lines to a family plan, and have been on the phone for 5 hours with 8 different people so far. And not near done, I expect to have to continue tomorrow. Completely unacceptable customer service, language barrier, and you can tell some of their employees really don't want to be at work. Phone coverage is fine, but the customer service is awful. We're planning on leaving - we've been happy customers for many years until now - and find a better company with a functional customer service department. I've wasted half my Sunday. Infuriating.
