Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File Refills, 2 Count, Regular Coarse

I have dry, cracked feet. I was so excited when I bought this but it doesn't do anything but make a mess. When I'm done using it my feet are rough and I have to smooth them over with a hand held manual file. So it hasn't helped me at all. Also, something on the roller makes my feet itch for days after use. I thought I saw on the website that they had a roller for smoothing your feet but I can't find it anywhere to purchase. Maybe I'd have better luck with the new diamond rollers but I'm scared to try after the original was so disappointing.

I am very impressed, The Amope works great on my feet. I have been eyeing this in the store for a long time and been wanting to try it so when i first got it i was super excited because my feet needed a make over esspecially around this season because spring and summer are on the way so you must have cute feet to show off in your special shoes. The directions are very easy to read, i love the fact that you can use this wet and dry and the handle when holding on is great and the roller was great on my feet it wasn't tuff and works really fast and kinda tickles my feet making me laugh but other then that my feet afterwards was super soft and so smooth it got a lot of dead skin off, i never was able to get off before so i was very pleased. Keeping it clean is very simple and i love how it charges and doesn't need no batterys and so easy to put away it doesn't take up no room in my bathroom area. I will be keeping this for a long time and will reccomend this to my family and friends. I received this product as a gift from my mom. I initially loved it and it worked well the first 3 uses. A month after having, it no longer works! I've changed the batteries twice but to no avail. It comes on but has no movement when gently putting it near my skin, it just stops rotating. I can't afford to replace because that would be too costly. Extremely saddened...

WANTED TO BUY EXTRA COARSE REPLACEMENT ROLLERS.THE PEDI PERFECT PURCHASED CAME WITH A FINE ROLLER BUT WAS NOT COARSE ENOUGH TO REMOVE MY HARD SKIN ON MY HEELS. I WENT TO THE WEB AND FOUND THAT THERE WAS A EXTRA COARSE REFILL AVAILABLE. WENT ON A SEARCH TO ORDER ONE BUT COULD ONLY FIND IT AS A TWO PACK WITH ONE FINE AND ONE EXTRA COARSE. I DO NOT NEED OR WANT ANOTHER FINE ROLLER. WHERE CAN I JUST GET EXTRA COARSE ROLLERS?

Package says included: 1 electronic foot file, 1 extra coarse roller head, 4 ZZ alkaline batteries and x cover. Is the foot file the 'machine' without the head? If so, then I answered my own question because it appears there should be another roller head. Thank you.
