Disney Frozen Mercedes 12-Volt Battery Powered Ride-On - Riding in Luxury!

The first one I had to return because the front of it was missing a large piece of plastic that had been broke off probably at the manufacturer since it was still wrapped in plastic. I've only had the second one since I returned the first one in January and the battery won't charge at all for the past few months even after plugging and unplugging it a few times just to make sure it wasn't the plug. I asked the Walmart where I purchased it from and was told I needed to contact the manufacturer since it does state it has a one year warranty, but since I disposed of the box I don't even know how to contact them about the battery/possible faulty battery connection issue.

Do not buy this! My daughter barely used it then one day the motor behind one of the wheels died. Luckily we are still in the 1 year warranty and plan to return it because now the car won't even go into reverse.

Yes, the hub caps fall off, but we have taken them off so that our granddaughter can drive to her heart's content. She has put miles of joy on this pretty pink car. We love it! Worth every penny and more!

Will not ever order anything from walmart.com ever again i purchased this item for my 4 yr old when i picked up the item the box came totally damaged, when i took the car out the bumper was damaged, the side of the door has a crack in it, the wheels were damaged and the front of the hood had a crack in it, and when i called customer service they didnt do anything to resolve the issue this is sad because i work at a walmart and the lack of customer service was terrible, for the price of this item im disgusted bc it came damaged

Have had this for 6 months now my kids absolutely love it. Holds its charge for several days. Perfect speed for a 4 year old.
