Blackstone 22" Griddle Hard Cover (Model 5079) for Front and Rear Grease Models, Black

Just purchased this lid/cover for our 22” Blackstone. It is easy to put on and covers the whole griddle. We haven't had it long enough to see how it works during use yet or how well it keeps out unwanted items and moisture yet.

I've been kicking myself for not buying the 22” griddle with a lid, until I found this lid. It's made of sturdy construction and fits perfectly over my Blackstone. It also has two hook-type metal appendages underneath so you can tilt your lid back while cooking or cleaning. It's a must have item!

this item is well built however, it doesn't fit Blackstone 22" grill model 1666, the one with stainless front. it is slightly too narrow. has to return it.

This cover for the Blackstone Griddle is of a much better construction than I expected. Very strong, thick, and heavy duty. Easy to assemble and comes with easy instructions. The lift handles are strong, but the screws are small that connect it to the top. I would've expected thicker heavier screws because the top is very heavy and strong. We shall see with use as to whether or not they will be sufficient, as sometimes screws without a heavier shaft can have a tendency to snap off if they're trying to support such a heavy item.

First I have to say I love my griddle with or without cover.cover come with very little assibally, you have two screws that attach the to the cover.Blaxkstone has a number you can call if you need parts.The griddle lid keeps you grill protected from the element and is easy to put on.When you in use of grill there two hooks that you put the grill cover on the back.The hard cover is very durable and will last the same as grill. I like that uts made in USA in Utah. Would recommend this to anyone.
