It is in pill form so you'll have to take it with water. Doesn't have a weird smell or taste in my opinion. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is very nice for this product. It didn't give off a cheap quality and it didn't overdue the face quality. I felt that the vitamins did work especially for m achy joints and bones. I often work 12 hours at work on concrete and I need the extra boost. My knees barely creak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I gave the whole bottle a try as directed before writing this review. First, it is not easy to remember taking a pill 4 times a day. The whole bottle was fairly expensive and only lasted for 20 days. I'm not too old, so maybe it would have worked better for someone with severe joint issues, but I didn't notice a difference.

They kind of smell funny, but don't give me any aftertaste in my mouth after swallowing them. I don't think I'd order more but if I see a change after stopping using them, I might throw them back in!

After taking these for a few days, I honestly didn't see much of a difference. I normally don't have join pain but when I do, these 9/10 wouldn't be my go to. Maybe it could help someone else.
