Maybe you can convince yourself they are there but you really can just trust it's doing what it says. As far as brushing goes this foams up well tastes pretty good and will feel like any other store bought toothpastes. Crest really does t make many tooth brushes these days so to use their products you have to use the mouthwash or paste. You may as well use one like this that may help whiten your teeth. For the record it also says it is anti cavity so it is not just whitening.

Love this toothpaste! It keeps my breath fresh for hours, the flavor is good too. The best part about this tooth paste is how quick it whitens your teeth! I'd also like to add I have really sensitive teeth and this toothpaste whitens well and also doesn't hurt my teeth. :) would highly recommend it!
