LapGear - Lap Desk (Fits up to 17" Laptop) - Bamboo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a laptop desk while sitting on bed. Solid construction and the material isn't too rough. Biggest issue is that anything you put on it needs to have rubber feet or else it just slides right off the smooth bamboo surface.

It isn't good to have a laptop on your lap for long periods of tome, for physical health or for the health of the laptop. Bamboo top keeps laptop dan running, pillow bottom lees entire thing secure over my lap and legs. Seems well made. No issues with stitching or finish. Looks great in any neutral decor.

There is enough room to fit my laptop as well as my trackball. With plenty of room to spare. The soft underside is comfortable and doesn't make my lap hot. The stitching seems like it will last a long time with no leaks. Overall, it's very attractive, easy to use, easy to store and a fantastic product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my LapGear lap desk the other day. I really like it. It's comfortable to use, it sits right on my lap and is cushioned on the bottom. It saves on the wrists and arms(having to hold your tablet up). I love the solid wood and the color of it. It looks like an elegant piece of furniture. I have been enjoying using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work and surf the internet on my Chromebook all the time, which is a relatively small model and my sitting and hunching habits are admittedly poor. This lap desk brings the screen that much closer to my face, with a comfortable padding below and a beautiful, well made, flat wooden surface that supports my beverage and forearms nicely. I can easily lift and set it all to the side when needed, beverage and all, and I would actually say it keeps me more on task when sitting on the couch. I don't usually use a wireless mouse, but I think there would be enough room to navigate with my small computer (though it might be pushing it with a full-size laptop). It would also work well to support homework or a crossword book, or as a solid surface for miniatures that I like to make. I am enjoying having this addition for my tasks and hobbies.
