Have a newborn in the nicu. They have the shampoo we use it for Tubby time. Feels like we have a little more normalcy when we use it instead of hospital baby wash.

When I purchased the gold bottle I thought I was getting the traditional gold baby shampoo, was I ever disappointed when I read it was a new improved formula and that the bottle had been tinted to make consumers think they were getting the original formula. After using the new formula twice I disposed of its contents and purchased a store brand from a major retailer. Your new formula has a different smell and the silky feeling of my hair was no longer as silky after using the new formula. I am 69 years old and have been using the original formula for many years, and simply refuse to purchase any more of the product unless and until the original formula is returned to the shelves. Thank you for allowing me to express my concerns and opinion.

I have been used Johnson's Baby Shampoo for over 30 years on myself and my children. I recently purchased a new formula bottle and thought the changes were going to be for the best but I found it severely burns when it gets in your eyes. The older formula did not do this to me. I can"t even imagine how it must burn a child or infants eyes! The company must be getting complaints from other consumers on this problem.

The odor of the new baby shampoo is just that -- an odor. Definitely not an aroma. I cannot stand the smell of it now. Also, the product stings my eyes. Yes, my eyes. I use the baby shampoo, because my hair is very thin and I do not need expensive, elaborate shampoos. I imagine if it stings my eyes, then it must burn a baby's eyes. Perhaps I just got a bad sample, I do not know. It is ok with me if you do not publish this review before confirming that I simply got a bad sample. I did enjoy the product in the past and was surprised by the changes.

New pump and new formula. Immediately noticed the color change and in my opinion, unpleasant smell. Then while using my eyes burn!! WHAT? I am 62 and have always credited J&J Baby Shampoo for still having all my hair. Brothers don't share my fortune. This new formula has my attention and concern, I am not happy.
