Johnson's Baby Shampoo & Conditioner by Johnson & Johnson for Kids - 13 oz Shampoo & Conditioner

I have used baby shampoo for about 45 years to cleanse my eyelids, due to blepharitis. The new formula burns and stings my eyes. Also, the now colorless shampoo is very hard to see when spilled. This could easily lead to a slip and fall accident. I am very disappointed in this change. Please change it back so I don't have to find a new product to use.

I have been using the old formula of J&J Baby Shampoo for years and years to clean my eyelashes on the advice of my eye physician. Daily use would prevent painful dry eye. With the new formula I don't get the same results and my dry eye has returned. I'm so disappointed that I need to find another product and will be throwing this new formula out. Please bring back the old formula—if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I've been using J&J products for years but I'm definitely not a fan of their new baby Shampoo Formula. It has a very musty after smell, almost like moth balls. It also seems to dry out my son's hair a lot more than the older formula. Please bring back the original shampoo!!

The first thing I noticed was the awful scent of the new formula. Next, the new bottle is fatter so harder to travel with. The pump is impossible to use with only one hand. My whole adult family (4 people) use this shampoo for everything from hair to body and face wash. No more. PLEASE bring back your old awesome formula!!! Why change what worked forever???

My husband and I got this shampoo because we have very sensitive scalps and skin. Thinking it would be great to use since it claims for be safe for babies. The product made our skin very itchy and some areas feel sunburnt. But we didn't even go out in the sun. Strange bumps popped up as well. Needless to say we switched back to our old soap. I hope that babies don't feel this way. Because they can't communicate to with words.
