Johnson's Baby Shampoo For Soft Hair, 25.4 Fl. Oz.

I've been using J&J products for years but I'm definitely not a fan of their new baby Shampoo Formula. It has a very musty after smell, almost like moth balls. It also seems to dry out my son's hair a lot more than the older formula. Please bring back the original shampoo!!

I have been buying this product off and on for over 40 yrs now and i believe that it is the worse formulation and most horrible dispensing device ever. Must be made by in caves in China, this was an American staple, and it appears to be gone like others

I've been using Johnson's Baby Shampoo since I was about 57 years old, and I am now 80 years old! I am the mother of two sons, one 60 years old and the other only 56 years old, both of whom were Johnson's Baby Shampoo babies :) Johnson's was a part of my overall plan for my hair: Nothing was going to be used on my hair to 'enhance' it except a fine shampoo which means I chose Johnson's Baby Shampoo! As a baby and young child, my hair was very dark, but after WWII, I noticed my hair became almost a washed-out blonde color, dry and brittle. At the end of WWII all the new wonderful hair products were constantly being born and improved :) Women working from the late 1950s until retirement competed not only their skills, but their dress and hair (a weekly trip to the beauty shop). Before retirement I made my decision to use only Johnson's Baby Shampoo and no other product promising to make me a beauty queen! At 80 years old, my hair is now quite dark (with the obligatory small silvery streak on one side and smaller streak on the opposite side with hidden silvery strands here and there), soft, beautiful and no dryness at all. Thank you Johnson's Baby Shampoo for doing what couldn't be done in all those prior years. You have managed and kept my hair beautifully and have never caused damage to it! Oh yes, please fix the current pump lid on this product. It's very annoying and frankly difficult when one's eyes are full of water and shampoo and fingers are wet. Thank you for wanting to know :)

HORRIBLE PUMP !! My family has used and Loved this product for 35 years. But......since the packaging, ie the Pump has been changed we are unable to get the shampoo. I bought 2 Large Shampoos and BOTH Pumps have broken. :( Can't use the shampoo because we can't get it out of the bottle

Have been using the new formula for the past couple of weeks. It is quite disappointing. It is extremely watery and the iconic smell is gone. It has been replaced with a perfumy version of the old. I LOVED the old formula. Please bring it back. This one is just meh and don't even get me started on the new baby lotion that change is horrendous. I need to go wash my hand now to get the bad lotion smell off of me....it's that bad. The draw that has kept me a Johnson's user for years is gone now and I guess I need to go look at other brands. This makes me so sad. I loved your products.
