P & G Olay Fresh Effects Moisturizer, 1.7 oz

The title is wrong, it is the Dew Over, NOT a BB cream and it is not tinted! (The picture (even if the real pot is more a grayish green than silver!) and the info bar are good). It is a new kind of cream for me. It is really not the usual creamy texture since it is a gel. Be careful when you apply it! On the pot, they say to apply "liberally" on the face... But if you put too much (as I normally do with my creams to get the most moisture I can), it will be super glowy (not necessarily a bad thing, I don't know in summer though...) and SUPER STICKY. I made the mistake the first few days.. The face isn't soft, you can feel it all day long. As I've read in a comment, you need to put a very small quantity (which is good on the long term! ;) ) and rub it in the skin very well! That way, it isn't sticky and the skin is soft! :) Oh and I LOVE the smell! Very floraly/springy.

It definitely smells good and feels cool to the touch. It is not cream at all. It goes on light and almost feels like you're putting water on your face. Not very creamy, more like a soft gel. I love it right now but I think I'd like to use it more to see if I would continue or perhaps try another one. I do love the smell, however.

I suspected that my face reacted badly to the fatty alcohols (cetyl, cetearyl, stearyl) in several of the face lotions I've been using. You'd be shocked how hard it is to find moisturizers that don't contain them. I found this moisturizer and decided to try it. Test patched it for a few days, and then decided forget that, and used it on my full face. It has been three entire days since I have had a breakout. I'm shocked. It has been at least 6 years since I have experienced a day without a breakout. Seriously, I created an account just to review this one moisturizer. I had to share because if you have sensitivity to other lotions, you positively must try this. Olay, please never ever stop making this, or add cetyl alcohol to it.

I picked this cute like product because its packaging was adorable. Also, I suffer from very dry/Acne prone skin and I saw how this said it would keep my face moisturized, wont clog pores, and all this amazing things so I gave it a try. I can not complain, this product does do what it says it will do. My skin is very different and what works for me might not work for everyone. Therefore, if you suffer from dry/acne prone skin I would find out about Walmart's return policy before you invest in a product that will not be effective for you.

This is a great product! I was a bit hesitant to buy it because it is a bit pricey! But after using it, it is TOTALLY worth it! A little goes a long way! It smells great; honeysuckle and white tea!! I will definitely re-buy this product in the future.
