The combination of citrate carbonate and malate allows for a gradual absorption of calcium, which I appreciate. Each capsule has a fairly low dose (250mg), allowing me to adjust my calcium intake based on my lab results. I also like that it doesn't contain vitamin D, as I already take a sufficient dose of D3. Overall, it's a great product, and I plan to keep purchasing it.

So she started taking it a few days ago and told me that she has noticed some improvement in her pain. This supplement is ideal for strengthening and proper functioning of bones and muscles. Its formula is gluten free, it does not have derivatives of yeast, wheat, or soy, it is also free of colorings, preservatives or artificial flavors which makes it safer for consumption. In general I think that better results can be seen with longer consumption.
