[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As somebody who takes a lot of vitamins and supplements daily, I was excited to try nature's Way with calcium, magnesium, and zinc all in one. I thought that by taking this I could take less pills. However I have to take three pills twice per day. So that stays the same but it is a good product , it does get less expensive than buying all three separate bottles. However, the magnesium that I was buying separately is better, so for that reason I'll stick with my original routine. But for those who are not necessarily looking for multimagnesium types, this would be a good supplement to take instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're like me, you know the importance of calcium, zinc, and magnesium and are probably are taking each of these vitamins separately... do yourself a favor: if you already take these vitamins separate, or you struggle to get enough of them through your diet alone - save the hassle and pick these Nature's Way vitamins! Obviously, do your own research and find out what is best for you, but if you come to the conclusion that these doses would be right for you... I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the 3 in 1 and the focus on bone/muscle health. I would add a vitamin d/k supplement to amplify bone health and calcium absorption. it is recommended to split the dosing to two times a day with food which is sometimes difficult for me because I fast until lunch. So for me and my busy lifestyle, I sometimes forget a dose. Overall I would keep using because I have seen some positive side effects such as less knee pain and overall more relaxed but would add an additional supplement of vitamin d/k
