Apothecare essentials the booster aloe vera rosehip oil geranium travel shampoo 3 oz (Pack of 3)

I can't say enough good things about this shampoo and conditioner. I got it as a sample in subscription box and fell in love. I have extremely long hair and it's thick and curly so you can imagine how heavy it feels all the time. With this shampoo and conditioner it is not a problem. It feels light and doesn't frizz like it use to. And the smell.....OMG!!!!! My husband snuggles up next to me just to smell it. From a girl that can't stand rose scents, this is a very pleasant light rose scent that you will fall in love with.

It leaves my hair felling silky and smooth. I have tried to find it in some stores but so far haven't been able to, Hopefully they get it in stock soon. I dislike using a hair dryer or hot tools on it and most of the time my hair would end up going flat after a short time anyway. I have tried many types of shampoos and conditioners and was lucky enough to recently get to test out ApotheCARE Essentials Booter Shampoo. First thing was the amazing scent from the Rosehip and Geranium. Not overly strong, but the small overall lasted most of the day. A small amount of this shampoo goes along way which is a big plus. What I found best was after my hair dried and I ran my brush through it, there was some noticeable body. My hair normally would just lay flat, but after just one use of this shampoo (and conditioner), it finally had some volume to it. No more hair clip in my hair all day for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the ApotheCARE the booster volumizing shampoo this week in exchange for an honest review and posting. On first appearance the packaging is neat and concise leaving no questions that the shampoo contains all natural ingredients and that it should help me achieve volume with my fine, straight hair. Next I opened it and was met with a pleasant but not overpowering herbal-flowery aroma. I picked up rose petal first and another floral that must be the geranium. I have colour treated hair that is a bit damaged and have been using a purple shampoo to dull some brassiness but ceased using it for this trial. I shampooed once and for a decent lather without a lot of bubbles and it rinsed out easily. I shampooed a second time and it slathered more and I let it sit for about a minute before rinsing as I usually do. I followed with the conditioner that I'm reviewing next. I can say that the system did work. I used it once with no styling products nor heat treatment and still noticed a shine and fullness to my very long, straight, fine hair. When used with styling products and a hair dryer the effect was 10 fold. I give it 4.5 stars taking away a half because it isn't the most volumizing shampoo I've used but it is the most volumizing natural shampoo by far that I've tried!

The scent of Rosehip was very noticeable, and my hair smelled wonderful after using the product. My hair is long and in desperate need for boosters, especially in the shine and moisturizing departments. The shampoo did not disappoint. My hair was noticeably shinier and silky smooth after the first use. It even withstood heat from my hair dryer and straightener too. I received compliments about my hair and so of course, I told my friends and co-workers which products I was testing. I would rate this shampoo 5/5 stars, and I definitely want to continue using it.
