it is a gift for Christmas so it not in use yet. I bought the year tablet insurance but it was never sent to me but your customer service was very helpful by getting me a refund.

Promised one day delivery, continually notified delivery was rescheduled for later. Missed birthday gift, had to purchase another and lose use of this money for week plus and counting. Presume product fine but retailer failed big time.

i mostly use my ipad to watch tv, but it's great for taking school notes and jotting down thoughts. overall, it works really good and i'm glad i decided to buy myself a new ipad.
