If I could give this 0 stars, I would! This tablet Is NOT a US version and It Isn't mentioned anywhere In the ad. Unless you live outside the US, It's pointless to buy It. This Is an International version, which should CLEARLY be stated on the ad. You have an option to choose english as a language but the Initial set up has no option for USA. I reached out and asked about It and was told It would work and was "unlocked"... sketchy. It also took over a week and SEVERAL emails just to get my refund approved! Walmart should NOT be letting 3rd party sellers sell on their website!!! buyers be warned !

3rd Party Seller, Not Walmart! Very Shady! Nowhere on the listing does it say it is not a U.S. Tablet. I went to set it up and clicked English (United States) it then asked me to pick what Central American Country I am in! Super disappointed in this product, the seller and Walmart! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Nowhere in the description does it say that this tablet is made for international. When you turn it on, it asks for the language - no problem, you can choose English (United States). The next question asks which country or region you are in. The choices are only South American countries. There is no way to choose North America or USA. I did not want to go any further because I would like to return it so I can get what I want and what I thought I was getting. The quality looks good and I would love to have been able to use it, but I don't know if it will do what I want when it is shown in a South American country or region. How can I return this so I can get what I wanted?

Two annoying things about my new pad is the difficulty in turning it off. I have arthritis in my hand. If you don't press just right, you turn the sound off instead of turning it off. You must use Samsung cords and plugs otherwise it won't charge past 80%.

delivered fine. my only issue being when setting up the device it is region locked and only could select countries from within south america. i will be returning it because it could have issues with future system updates in the due to its region-locked state.
