Oblivion is very challenging and engaging, with many different areas to discover and a lot of character control. You really play the game rather than just walking your character thru screens and shooting anything that moves. FUN!

Oblivion is a great game providing hours of fun (just try to get some fresh air now and then). It is easy to learn the controls and has many class/race combonations to fit to your liking. From the noble Imperial to the to the mighty Orc. From the sinister rogue to the honorable knight and even to the quiet monk. You can join guilds, create spells (for a price), and become a hero (or, if you prefer, run around causing havoc and mayhem).

This game is amazing. The graphics are very nice for a 2006 game. The major pro for this game is that it is so addicting and life-like, it is as if you can literally do anything you want and live a life. You can do many things that I don't see in any other RPG I have ever played. The people in the game actually have intricate schedules and do chores and errands like in real life. You can do things such as exploring a vast area and explore random places throughout the game, join many factions with many quests involved in those factions, buy multiple houses and decorate them, and advance the storyline at your own pace. The only con that I see in this game is that you cannot have a character party, this game is completely solo. The expansion packs that are included greatly adds to the monetary and play value of the game, which makes this game, at the price it is, a must have! Beware though, this game is ADDICTING, I have noticed myself do anything to get a chance to play this game, my grades are not straight As at this point for the first time since the school year started. This game is THAT good. I highly recommend it to any person who loves RPGs.

I love this game. The story line is really interesting but what gets you the most is what is going on around you. The band of theives, the gang of murderers, the do gooders, the odd jobs, just everything. And with the freedom to do pretty much whatever you want, you feel totally in control. All the way down to the color of your skin, or scales. The add-ons like Shivering Isles and Vile Lair are my favorite, mainly because you can hide from gaurds there, te he. But what is fun, is finding all sorts of new gear and weapons, and even lost dungeons out in the world. Or being able to go to the plains of Oblivion themself. You'll see saitanic creatures, undead creatures, almost any mystical creature you can think of, there's even a unicorn! Im actually going to get them again because if you play on a new disc but without being on live, its like you dont have the addons and you can do "the cheat" which is tons of fun, but would be way cooler if you could in shivering isles, but as long as you have no addons or updates on the new disc, you can have a blast, and switch back whenever you want. This game is definetly worth your money.

I was verry supprised with this product. I was in the vidogame section just after i got my xbox 360 and i needed more games so some dude told me to get oblivion goty edition. It is GREAT i have put at least 75 hours into it and still hvent beat it. this game comes with the 2 major expantions (the other ones are all about 2 dollers and on the xboxlive marketplace) this has to be the best game ever because you can be one of 4 types of charecters such as a Mage, thief, assasin, or warrior or any combenation of the 2 (i was a mage/assasin) (you can also be an evil vampire but it is not as fun as you would think) so by all means if you want a long game thats fun and different every time you play get this (and if you like this fallout 3 is exacly the same but with a bigger world and guns.)
