Snuggle Exhilarations Liquid Fabric Softener, Blue Iris & Ocean Breeze, 50 Ounce, 58 Loads

My mother used this for a long time, and recently passed away. Her home always smelled SO clean! In cleaning out her home, I found a half used bottle of the Lavendar vanilla Snuggle, and brought it to my house to use. One day, I walked by my son's room, which normally smells sweaty, and it smelled DELICIOUS and clean. It was the Snuggle. I began to use what little was left, on all of the bed linens, and you could smell the clean Lavendar and vanilla from the hallway. I loved it so much, I picked up another bottle, of course. When I opened the new bottle top, I knew immediately that the scent was different. The original is earthy and clean, and the new smells like nauseating sweet candy necklaces. I will never understand why companies change a good thing AND believe that clients will not notice.

I was shocked when I opened my newest bottle of Snuggle Lavender. What Happened? I am very sensitive to scents and this gave me an instant headache. Why did you change the scent after all these years? Giving this bottle away if I can find anyone to take it off my hands. Please bring back the old scent!

I absolutely HATE the new scent change in the lavender and vanilla orchid. Why did they change this??? I purchased two not knowing the scent had changed. So disappointed! I will not buy again unless it changes back to the original scent of lavender and vanilla orchid.

I purchased the newest version (it's in a blue plastic container vs purple) of the Lavender & Vanilla Orchid yesterday (06/01/2021) and I am so disappointed with the way it smells I am going to return it. I don't know what was done to alter the smell, but this is NOT the “purple” Snuggle I have loved the scent of for years. I hate when companies change something about a product so much, after being a regular user of said product, that I have to find an alternative. The three star rating is based on past experience using this fabric softener blended with my extreme disappointment of this new fragrance formulation. I didn't even use the newest version because I couldn't get past the smell.

This smells great and it lasts a long time
