[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I'm probably a difficult test subject since I am 38 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from sciatic back pain, so just trying to be transparent. When it comes to pregnancy related pains, it's hard to judge products because most things just don't work. These icy hot patches did help at least mildly though. I used them on my lower left back and I could feel the cooling effect from the menthol and that provided some relief. That cooling effect lasted for hours too which is awesome. I didn't feel as much of the warming part though. Overall, I think if I had general soreness that wasn't nerve related pain, these would be great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Icy Hot Patch is a little difficult to apply by oneself. It is best to have someone to help you apply it. Once applied it stays in place and you can begin to feel the soothing heat within a few seconds. I had mine applied to my shoulder then went to bed. To my surprise it stayed in place when I woke up the next morning. It also brought much needed relief. My shoulder had no soreness thru the night and when I woke up there was no ache. Other than the difficulty trying to apply by myself at first; I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pain patches really helped with my back pain. I try to be active as much as possible but sometimes back pain stops me from doing this. These patches really helped to ease the ache. They cover a larger area than most. The downside is the strong smell. For the first couple of hours anyone around you knows that you are using something with menthol. It fades after a few hours, but so does the relief.
