When a hot shower won't do the trick, put one of these patches in the desired area and just let it do it's magic. The icy to hot sensation is the perfect blend.

After about 30 minutes it came off. If they make the adhesive a bit stronger this would be a perfect product. It does t have a strong odor either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I'm probably a difficult test subject since I am 38 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from sciatic back pain, so just trying to be transparent. When it comes to pregnancy related pains, it's hard to judge products because most things just don't work. These icy hot patches did help at least mildly though. I used them on my lower left back and I could feel the cooling effect from the menthol and that provided some relief. That cooling effect lasted for hours too which is awesome. I didn't feel as much of the warming part though. Overall, I think if I had general soreness that wasn't nerve related pain, these would be great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product really worked fast and was long lasting. I am on my feet all day, and it can cause my lower back to hurt. I was thankful for these at the end of a long day. I would definitely use those again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The patch worked well. I placed it just below my knee. Then I decided to take a nap. When I woke up the patch was stuck to the sheet. That was the only downfall. You can wear them for up to 8 hours but make sure you don't move much.
