I started with 3/day for a couple of months per functional med doctor. Then dropped to 2/day after 2 months. Has helped me remember things (like why I went upstairs, what was it I was supposed to get, etc).

I take 300 mg per day after reading a study and it does seem to make me smarter and I feel like studying more often. I did a test on my cortisol though, and it did not decrease it.
