I got these so I can get my supplement in every day. I have to have B12 on a daily basis. The bottle I got I am regretting. They have a horrible taste. It makes me think of motor oil when I start to chew them. Dont know if its a bad batch or what but I wont be buying these again. I use the multivites and have been for years so I thought these would be just as good. WRONG!!! From reading the other reviews I am assuming that the bottle I got is a fluke or something went wrong. I wont be buying them again that is for sure.

I like that I can see them and take them without having to go get a cup of water to swallow them down with like regular vitamins. This makes taking them easier!

The raspberry flavor is subtle but not overpowering. I had a lot of energy after taking the vitamins. I was able to take them in the morning and feel refreshed all day. I had so much more energy than usual. It was one of the best vitamins I have had.

There are instructions on the bottle suggesting how many to take in a day. I began with 2. The gummy is very sweet and had no medicine like taste. The texture was gummy. Very easy to chew. After trying this product I do find myself with a bit more energy than I had before. I plan on continuing to take my gummy vitamin and buy more. I would suggest this product to others.
