Apple iPod nano - 4th generation - digital player - 8 GB - purple

This is a great product. I purchased it for my sister for her birthday because our entire family has one and uses it daily. In addition, purple is her favorite color and it has been very hard to find in the store. I was thrilled to be able to order it on-line. She had a great birthday.

We recently bought this for my Mother in law for this upcoming Christmas, but we bought it now, so that we can fill it up with songs...I love it so much I just want to keep it! We have another Apple Ipod, but I am really liking this one! I love how you can shake it to shuffle songs, and flip it sideways to flip through the album covers. It also is a great value for the price. I definately reccomend this item to anyone looking for an ipod!

I received this as a Xmas gift. I had an Apple Mini before and was extremely happy with it. I tested all the features on this, video, games, podcast, audiobooks, ect.... they all worked great. (hard to watch on a little screen). I use this in a big truck and all Apple products I have used seem supieror to others in a big truck. It has never skipped or locked up like other MP3 players have. A suggestion to everyone, buy a protective case. My Mini I had for over 4 years I kept in a clear case and when I removed it, it looks the same as the day I bought it. Belkin makes a nice clear case that covers everything except the bottom where the cords hook up. Using the wheel with the cover takes a little effort. If that a problem then a razor could cut that part off easily. The only problem I have is the earbuds. I hate that style, they hurt my ears after a while, I bought some Skul Kandy ear plugs and they work great with the Nano. My brother has had 5 different MP3 players in the 4 years I have had the Mini. He has since bought a Nano. If this last as long as the Mini (which is still working great) I'll be thrilled. I think I have converted all of my family into Ipod'ers.

i don't like how you can't charge the ipod in your car while you use the itrip. What's the point of having either? if the ipod is dead you charge it but you can't listen to it and you can't listen to it when its dead!! Also the purple is more blue than purple..

I ordered the IPod Nano as a Christmas present for my 12-yr. old daughter. She loves it!! I've tested it out and listened to some of the music she has on it and it sounds great. The earplugs come with the IPod and they fit great in your ear. I would recommend this for anyone of any age. It's worth the money!
