Disney Princesses Albright Lamp with Nightlight

We remodeled our daughter's room for her 5th birthday and she wanted it done in princess things. We came across this light and it is great. The nightlight itself is worth buying it. It is just enough light for her to see if she wakes up in the night. This is a good buy and it added the right touch to our princesses room.

The colors are very cute and light. It goes perfect with my daughters little princess bedroom theme...BUT when we got it, it didn't work! At first I thought it was the light bulb. So i bought the 60 watt required bulb, but no luck. So I returned it and after 2 weeks I'm still waiting for the new one to arrive...This time around it's taking a lot longer but im hopefull and trust it will work!

I searched high and low for a tablelamp for my girls to replace the "baby" one hanging around from when they were small and finally found this one. Our old one had a nightlight feature that we use often so I wanted one and this had it - perfect. It also had to be "princess" (per my girls) - also, perfect. I wanted something affordable which not all Disney theme items are - CHECK! This one had all the features I wanted plus great reviews and after having it for about 4 months now I'm happy to say, it's great. The shade is very thin - almost paper-like - but serves it's purpose. I read a review that said you couldn't change the bulb but that is not accurate - it can be replaced. I'd say overall this is an adorable, reasonably priced kids lamp!

we purchased this lamp for my 3 year old since she still requires a night light in her room...I found this and thought it was great and it was for about a year. Once the light light burned out we realized it is a virtually a disposable lamp, since it cannot be opened up replaced the light bulb! I thought this was a very poor design and my daughter no longer has a nightlight!

I had to order this lamp two times. The first time I ordered it, the lamp shade got damaged during shipment. The shade is made of a type of thick paper, so it can be damaged easily if not careful. When I ordered it a second time, the lamp and shade both arrived in good condition. What appealed to me was the "night light" that's built into the base of the lamp.
