It is textured yet soft to touch and it is perfect for the soft skin of the baby. It indeed is the best baby blanket with the elephant print on it..... Soft blue color in contrast to the white background makes it attractive piece of essential too..... Outdoors it is helpful inside the baby seat and keeps the baby cozy enough to stay warm. washed in at-home laundry, and it came out to be the same softness after it was dried up.... I just love this baby blanket. I can't wait to give it to my niece for her baby. It's blue and white and has elephants all over it. The inside is super furry and soft. It's a nice size to wrap a baby in or drape over them in a carseat or lay on the floor to be crawled on. Beautiful blanket.
