I put one scoop in about 12 ounces of water with a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter to make it more palatable. It is too rich for my taste. I put it in a wonder slim shaker.
Absolutely meets my needs for a chocolate fix. And mixes easily. Very content with this purchase.
