I haven't worn to work in yet but they fit well. I do multiple things in them. Like cut grass at the Kingdom Hall and etc. Also, the are steel toe so I can do construction work if I do any and they are already waterproof. I used that 70 dollar promotion they had.
This is my third pair of Wolverine boots and while the quality is fantastic, this boot is the most uncomfortable yet. The boots press into my ankles at odd spots regardless of where I position the tongue or how I tie them. I realize this is completely based upon my individual anatomy, but it is still disappointing.
Ive only worn them a few times for work. Theyre pretty comfortable out the box. They have a nice look to them but theyre definitely hot to wear. My feet are always sweaty in them and im not even in a hot area most the time. Cant speak on the quality yet since they want an immediate review of the shoe so i wont give it any more than 3 stars.
The stitching on this product has a defect. I went to Field and Stream Sporting goods to purchase this product, and the stitching on the left boots Directly where the seem stitches in to this sole. I have brought Two pairs of this Product from Field and StreamWith in a four month timeframe, And now, am length left with dealing with Wolverine customer service for compensation for Defectiveness of Product
So I bought these boots 12/19/2017, and I've worn them for 18 days, 12 hours a day. I work on a towboat, and I can abuse some boots. I work 28 days on, and I'm off 14 days. Now usually I can make a pair of boots last 8-10 months, sad to say, not in this case. 3 weeks into having these boots, and they're a safety issue in my line of work. First off, they state, non slip. I figured maybe it would take some break in time, but I slip anytime there's moisture, which is quite often working on a boat. Secondly, the laces are already coming apart and won't stay tied, keep in mind, I've only had them 3 weeks. This makes for a constant tripping hazard. Lastly, in the description, it states that your feet will breath and stay dry. This is true with them being waterproof, but your feet can't breath, making your socks wet, feet wrinkled, and having a very uncomfortable day. On a positive note, they fit well, and if you aren't on your feet for 12+ hours a day for 28 days straight, it's a comfortable boot. I however will not recommend to fellow towboaters.
