Prismacolor Nupastel Set, 12-Colors, Assorted

The colors are vibrant on these. They come in various different sizes with multiple shade ranges. It does take some getting used to when blending and layering. It can be a little messy if you use your hands. The pastels don't require too much pressure when applying to paper. These can be used wet or dry, but I have only used them dry AND can't say how well they perform when wet.

I like these pastels, but I have noticed that they aren't as boldly pigmented as some others. I also don't use pastels all that often, so I don't have too much to compare it to. I think these are a great value and I like having them to experiment with.
