Nature's Bounty Vitamin B -12 is a great vitamin, it's very effective. I usually take it for energy if I feel a bit fatigued. I like the fact that the ingredients are high quality and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend !

Being a mother, you definitely need a pick me up and more energy. I do not drink caffeine but take a B12 every day. The next Taco Bell I'll take 1000 mg of B12 and it does help. That way you don't have to mess with those unhealthy energy drinks.

Natures bounty has a vitamin for everything. When it comes to all my vitamin needs I will always choose natures bounty. Did I mention they are all very low in sugar?

I take this vitamin daily. It helps keep me energetic throughout the day. I started taking this while pregnant and have been taking ti ever since.

I love this vitamin. I take the ones that are dissolvable and they taste GREAT!! I think they said on the jar that they are supposed to be cherry flavored. I'm not sure if i'd say it tastes like cherries or even artificial cherries but they do taste  pretty good.
