Conair Curl Fusion Ionic Pancake Hair Dryer, 1800W

I recently got a perm and wanted to get a blow dryer that diffuses the hair to get really nice curls. I found this one online and ordered it. I had never seen one like it so I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately I did not like it. It did not diffuse the air enough so that it was like using a regular dryer with out a diffuser. My hair turned out very frizzy and not a s curly as my other dryers I had used. I took it back.

I like this diffuser as it is a lot lighter than using a regular dryer with the diffuser attachment. It seems to dry quickly. The only complaint would be that the diffuser is designed not to sit flush on the dryer and the air blows out sideways and I'd rather not have that happen.

I've been looking for this type hairdryer for years. (Needed one as a back up for a similar type made by Gillette, which I've been using for many years. The Conair "Pancake" hair dryer, 1800 watt, works great and does a fantastic job on my curls, just as advertised. I'm very satisfied.

FINALLY, you have brought back the pancake hairdryer for curly hair! I couldn't believe it when I saw it. It works great. My hair hasn't looked this good for ages. A regular hairdryer with a diffuser does not work the same. I would like to see it stocked. I think so many people would benefit from it. I know my curly haired family looked all over for them when they were discontinued. Beautiful blue this time. Lightweight & easy to use. Dries evenly & quickly.

I have curly hair so I mainly use this for the diffuser that comes with it and it works like a charm. I think it's great for curly hair. I haven't tried it for just drying my hair without the diffuser and I don't think I ever will so as a diffuser it's great.
