Dream Water 0-Calorie Sleep & Relaxation Shot - 4 PK, 4.0 PACK

This was a wonderful product. I have seen Dream Water at airports but I have been afraid to try it. I tested it on a weekend to see how I would react to it. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have any negative reactions. The product did not have a strange smell and it tasted great. I felt myself get sleepy within 20 minutes. I went to bed and am happy to say that I had pleasant dreams. I did wake up about 4-5 hours later though which happened to be 3am but I did fall back asleep.

Strangely enough, I think it actually worked! I took it right before bed, when going to bed about 2 hours earlier than I normally do, and I was feeling sleepy and cozy in about 20 minutes. Taste wasn't anything I'd write home about but for a 'shot' its totally acceptable.

This left a diet taste in our mouths & we had to drink something else to get rid of it. I just tasted it but my husband actually used it. He felt that it really didn't make much difference in his sleeping, but I did notice that he didn't seem to snore as much throughout the night.

Just had a sip of this to taste it, haven't been having sleeping issues lately and I want to wait until I am to see if this actually works. Not great tasting, but its a shot worth so it would be bearable. My fiance had half of a bottle, he didn't fall asleep, but he relaxed quite a bit. Full bottle may have worked.

I have tried things similar to this in the past. Being someone who is an insomniac and has a lot of trouble sleeping, I don't believe these types of things work for me. The taste was very lemony, without much other flavor. Not terrible, but, for me, I don't think they work.
