Natrol 5-HTP Mood Positive Tablets, 50 Ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this product!! It really helped with my anxious feelings and mood swings. It boost my mood and felt great throughout the day. I usually would take a tablet in the morning and one before bed. I definitely recommend this product.

Unfortunately I found no benefit from taking this. I also didn't have any problems from it, so I'm giving it 3 stars. I'm not a fan of swallowing pills and this one was a bit tough to swallow as it's fairly large, for me anyway. I will continue to finish the bottle and update my review if I notice any effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dealt with sleep problems for a long time and this seems to have helped me fall asleep more easily and my quality of sleep has also improved. I feel better most days when taking this, perhaps a double effect of this supplement and the better sleep may have contributed to the overall improvement of stress and anxiety.
