I didn't realize that I wasn't sleeping super well until after I did the Sundown Naturals 7 Day experience which included these gummies. I've been skeptical of melatonin for a long time, and never really thought to give it a try, but I had to with this challenge. The first night I took them I had returned to my sweltering apartment from a stay at my parents. It was like 85 degrees INSIDE, and I thought, "well, no better time like the present!" so I gave them a whirl. The gummies had a good consistency and I was really impressed with the flavor, too. Even after sitting in a hot apartment they hadn't gotten weird, so that says something for the shelf life. I noticed that I fell asleep more soundly than I had before, and I slept through the night with minimal tossing and turning. I always fall asleep fast, but I don't always just go out like a light; I usually toss and turn and then settle in. I continued with the product for the 7 days and now that I've run out I've really noticed how much they helped, especially on these super hot days in July. They aren't pricey either, so I'll be coming to get more soon. Give them a try if you have a hard time falling asleep, it's only $5 or so, so what can it hurt? We have been back to Walmart twice to purchase more Nature Valley Melatonin gummies. The quality of my sleep is drastically improved, and the flavor is wonderful! I highly recommend.

Totally love the taste and the small bite size. I was skeptical of any type of 'melatonin' supplement, but I really think it works, I felt a little more relaxed at the end of the day when I take it.
