Perfect size. Very good construction. Not the slightest bit “bouncy”. Mounting holes in the lip to mount onto the deck, great asset. We need this for our daughter who had back surgery. Highly recommend this. The 5' length for the place we put it meets requirements. The slip proof material works well, I tried to slip.
Exactly what we needed. Great grip on the ramp, received the first snow this morning since installing and no worries about traction. Sits perfect on the threshold and even without anchoring the tamp into the threshold I am not worried about it moving. I would not hesitate to buy again.
I searched long and hard for a ramp that would fit in our small bathroom and allow me to wheel my disabled husband in and out of the shower. My son built a platform insert to raise the floor of the shower level with the shallow sides, but using the same materials for a ramp would have made it too heavy for me to move out of the way when not in use. I've been very pleased with the quality of the ramp and how easy it is to move. This portable wheelchair ramp was also the only one I found that came in a width small enough to fit the available floor space and provide the exact rise necessary to roll the shower chair onto the platform. I am 72 years old and needed a ramp light enough for me to move. Great product!
I searched high and low to find a ramp that would work in our small bathroom with limited floor space. It had to fit between a wall and the base of the toilet and allow a shallow rise of 4.5 inches. It also had to be light enough for me (I'm 72 years old) to position it then lift it out of the way when not in use. My son built an insert for the shower that brought the level up to the edge of the door track, but most ramps were too wide for the 31.5 inch floor space and, if my son built a ramp, it would have been too heavy to move. This ramp works perfectly and I can safely roll my 78 year old husband into and out of the shower by myself. I am so happy I found your website.
