The refill is ALWAYS on! Wish I could take it back but I am disabled.
This is a great product! With the multiple settings available and the convenience of filling the tanks, I would highly recommend this product. It has improved my dry skin condition as well as eliminating the static in the house.
This is a good product that does a good job of handling the humidity. However, it doesn't work as good for the whole house as I had thought it would.
I liked the price for the humidifier. It came with 2 filters so I don't have to find one for next year. I had to keep the wheels off to keep it level otherwise water will get into areas the filter will not reach.
Product does exactly what it is supposed to do, and it's great that you can adjust the humidity to the level that you want. We sleep much better at night now and the air seems to be cleaner.
