Bought the tablet for my daughter in the middle of April not even two months and the screen stopped working and glitching. Did a rest and a software update and still doesn't work. This is very frustrating. I reached out to the company. I'm waiting on their reply, but I have a feeling they're not gonna do anything to help fix or replace the tablet.

I bought this tablet in Nov 2023 for a Christmas gift. I never opened the box or turned it on until Dec 25th. The tablet worked fine at first. I was able to link my Google parental controls and my child was loving it. By April, the screen became so difficult to use. It is very hard to tap anything. Most times, it does not recognize your touches. Any touches/taps around the edges are not recognized at all. I cannot power off the tablet with the power off option on the screen. I have to hold down the power button until it turns itself off. I can't return the device because their website says it will only accepts returns or exchanges up to 30 days past purchase date.

It's very easy for my 6yr old to maneuver it %26 I definitely love the fact that anytime she tries to download or go to a certain website it blocks it %26 she can ask me through the Family Link app. Charges quickly, doesn't hold battery long though but that's fine because hers is mainly for after school learning work on Splash learn.

there is no pop up key board and it is extremely hard to enter you debit card information via voice command. So difficult that the granddaughter hardly uses it anymore because my son and I are unable to add any information for in app purchases. So she's back to using my phone. I bought the tablet to alleviate that problem.

My 3yr old loves it! The size is perfect and all the additions it comes with are wonderful. I love that kids YouTube is already installed so I don't have to worry about her looking for the regular YouTube. I love the read to me option with the books too! All in all we are very happy with it! The battery doesn't last super long but that's ok with me because she can't be on it all day. It's more of break time thing or car rides.
