[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful alternative for healthy eating. It is very difficult for me to taste a difference between turkey, Italian sausage and pork Italian sausage. Use it in spaghetti sauce or meat balls.

I don't know why, that's just my experience. This stuff was different. It has the same great flavor that a good italian sausage has, and a nice clean taste to the meat. I put this in all kinds of stuff like pasta, some salads, I even made great tacos with it.
