Diono Radian Rxt Convertible Carseat Plu

This is my second Diono Radian RXT. My wife and I bought it to replace the smaller Britax base/removable. We hate to spend such a fortune on a carseat, but once installed, it really is a great seat for the kids. Pros: --Easy to get the kids in and out of the seat. --Great safety reviews --Cool cupholder and comfort features for kiddos. --Low to seat, so it's easy for my 3 y/o to crawl into on her own. --Straps, covers and buckle are bulky and easy to maneuver into their places. Cons: --Very expensive carseat --Heavy and difficult to move around when taken out of the car. --Annoying extra straps dangling around when you turn the seat forward. I mentioned that I bought a second one, so that should clarify my stance on this carseat. My best advice to the buyer: watch installation videos. The instructions are not very clear. The video took my 45 minutes frustration riddled installation down to 10 minutes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Bought for my 10mo old, it's a good fit! Doesn't take up much room in the seat either. My 3yo said it looked like a racing seat (it really does). I love it! It's a bit heavy, but soft for baby! A must buy

This car seat is perfect for my child. He is a bigger baby and fits comfortably. It has very long harness straps which is perfect when he is all bundled up in the early morning. It was easy set up after reading the instructions. The base that it comes with gave him the perfect angle to sit comfortably and with this car seat when he falls asleep his head doesn't slump to oneside, the side hold his head upright.

Wow! This car seat has it all! I am so impressed with it and wish I had taken the time earlier to research car seats and had gotten this to begin with. My 2 YO DD sits well in it and seems quite comfy. My 7 YO even sat in it and she fit great in it, but I purchased her the Diono booster. I would recommend this seat!! I choose this over the Recaro due to the fact my daughter could be in it longer.

Like the car seat. It's not as wide as other ones but still has plenty of room for our toddler. Very easy to install. Our daughter does not get to hot in this one compared to her baby seat which she would be sweating when you took her out. Must be comfortable she will climb into it sometimes and falls asleep often when riding in it. Overall I like it and have not had any problems with it.
