I have used this brand for years, but hate the new container/cap. I have a difficult time removing the foil cover which seems unnecessary and it is difficult to get under the rim. I do not appreciate getting toilet bowl cleaner on my hand. I will not buy again unless this changes.

Packaging (with pull-up, snap-down cap) is AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Add to that, it is almost impossible to hold onto the bottle (slippy) particularly while trying to pull the cap up, which, BTW, requires a ridiculous amount of effort. Can't tell you how many times I dropped the bottle. And, when closing the cap, it always squirts cleaner out, either on your hand or it rockets across the bathroom. Dispensing cleaner into the bowl should not be the most difficult - and most aggravating - task in cleaning a toilet bowl. The cleaner is actually pretty decent but the bottle is just too hard to use. Won't buy again.

I was contemplating returning this product to the store as I could NOT with ALL my muscle, get this product open. As other toilet cleaners do, I though you open it by turning the cap. Well that was a mistake. I asked my husband to try pulling the top part which he finally got. I even had a hard time pushing it shut. I probably won't use this product again. Mainly due to the problems getting it open. Sorry.

Can't leave a review of the product because I can't get the product out of the container. Granted I'm tired but can't figured out if the white spout pulls up or if it's twist to open the spout. "How To Use" instructions simply state "Squirt under toilet bowl rim" - great EXCEPT how does the product leave the bottle to "Squirt under toilet bowl rim". "Better for the environment" = sure is, because you CAN'T USE IT.

not cleaning as good as other products really dissapointed, wanted to try something natural for toilets- but stains remain, and not a strong enough fresh clean scent either.
