Boppy - Total Body Pillow

I bought one th second i could when i was pregnant. It saved my life. Being pregnant was hard on my body. My back and stomach needed support and the boppy multi-use body pillow saved me from many sleepless nights. I also have serious bladder issues so the pillow helped support me through the pregnancy and since I still can't sleep without it.

I have struggled with an ongoing back injury resulting in pain for over 10 years. I invested in this pillow in my second trimester before my baby bump really started to grow, I've used the pillow every night since purchasing it. I've had MINIMAL back pain!! It's so comfortable and easy to use. It will also support your bump as it grows! Highly recommended!

I have really enjoyed this Boppy Total Body pillow as I have entered my last trimester. It has helped improved my quality of sleep while also helping with the quantity. Let’s start with the good: It has a great shape that aligns my hips, allows my feet to be on the pillow at the same time all while lifting my belly just enough to support it without feeling like it is too high. It also has a removable slip cover which is hard to find in a pregnancy pillow so it you like to snack in bed, no shame if you spill! I can also use it on the couch and while watching TV in bed making it a great universal pregnancy pillow as well. Now the not so good: The top of the pillow is a bit soft for me (I like to sleep on a super hard pillow) but I am sure is fine for a someone use to a medium firmness pillow. As this isn’t the perfect firmness for me I do wish there was a way to use this pillow without the head part. It can also be a bit difficult to move at night without some major repositioning as you switch sides. All in all, I feel like the benefits outweigh the negatives for me and would definitely recommend this pillow to any of my pregnant friends looking for a way to get some more sleep. I received this pillow as a gift from the weeSpring Parent Panel, and am expecting my second child (currently 7 months). The main pros are that the cover easily zips on/off for washing (others I've tried take much longer to wiggle on/off), it can be used in several different positions, and the pattern is cute. It really is comfy to "double up" behind you and sit with your back against as you read or watch TV. The only con is that I couldn't use this comfortably for sleeping - I'm 5'11" and felt that when I had the pillow under my belly, the lower part of the pillow was riding up to high between my legs. When I adjusted it so that it was lower, then it no longer offered the support to my belly. For me, the main purpose of using the pillow is to be more comfortable sleeping, so I would only recommend this for someone who is shorter - perhaps 5'6" or less.

The amazing team at a weeSpring gave me this pillow to review and here is my honest opinion: -The pillow is huge! I knew it was big, but wasn't prepared for how big it truly is. -I thought it might be too big, but once I got it in my bed, it fit nicely and folds, so it doesn't seem so huge. -Lovely fabric! Super cute design. -I like that it is easily washable. -Super comfy; I can't believe I never thought to use one of these for past pregnancies and sciatica that came with them. What a life saver. -My kids love laying in it which means I can keep this pillow around when I'm not using it. All around, I'm super pleased with this pillow. I only wish I had gotten one with my first pregnancy!
