Make sure the lever is pushed fully up before inserting a new refill. Lay refill canister into position over tan refill tab and snap into place. Press and Spray instructions, Squeeze side tabs on bottom of dispenser to remove clear plastic holder. Keep plastic holder. Remove and recycle empty refill canister. Snap new refill canister into plastic holder and slide into dispenser.
