I've used the powder version of this product for years and loved it. Not fond of capsules and they increase the cost. Please bring back the powder version.

This product was beneficial to me because I have a full schedule with sometimes only 20 minutes for lunch, and often have to eat breakfast on the go as well. But eating this way leads to gas and bloating for me, which this product helped me avoid.

Nope, you also need prebiotics to provide enough food for the good bacteria to do their job... and this formula does just that. Don't let the serving size put you off—consuming enough fiber is essential. I can definitely feel the difference if I miss a day or two.

I had used the Triple Fiber formula in the past and liked that product better, but the Daily Digestive Prebiotic Fiber product is okay.
